Job Description

As a GM of HR, the responsibilities consist:

Managing stakeholders in terms of development, recruitment, and strategic decisions regarding the workforceEnsuring operational excellence from the HR divisionMaintaining strong employee relationship through all the businessesCreating and developing HR strategies, including implementation of policies and manpower planningEnsuring compliance and synergy from all levels of the organization

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate must possess:

A bachelor's degree from a reputable universityMinimum of 10 years of experiences within human resources, 6 years within management rolesPrevious experiences in coal mining companies is a must.70% travelling to site within Kalimantan AreaPrevious experience in reporting to expatriatesStrong within industrial relations and becoming the middle-man between management and site personnelsBroad knowledge of end-to-end HR, specifically in HR strategies and developmentProven track record of managing different business units while maintaining strong relationship with management and top levels of the organizationGood communication and negotiation skills
